I lost my registration card. How do I get a replacement?
Click the registration button to the left and follow the instructions. Your replacement registration card will be sent out that same business day.
I did not receive or lost my DMV renewal notice. What do I do?
A DMV renewal notice is not needed. All you need is your license plate number, make of the car and entire VIN.
I lost my original title. How can I get a replacement vehicle title?
Click the CA titles button to the left and follow the instructions. We will process your request and email the necessary forms. Once you return the forms you will receive your official duplicate title from the DMV within 2-3 weeks.
I paid the DMV and have not received my sticker. How long does it usually take?
If you completed your DMV registration through us, it should only take a few days to receive the registration and sticker. If you completed your registration directly through the DMV then it could take up to 4-6 weeks. If it has been longer than 6 weeks then you can:
- order an official replacement sticker or registration card through us.
- Call the California DMV at (800) 777-0133
How do I locate my vehicle identification number (VIN)?
The VIN is located on your vehicle registration card and your vehicle title. The VIN is also located on the driver’s side dash-board, under the windshield and located on the driver’s side door jamb. This number is up to 17 digits in length and contains letters and numbers.
